Property Assessment Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Assessor to join our team at a leading insurance organisation. The successful candidate will provide top-notch service to customers in their time of need, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective loss adjusting services to valued customers
  • Assess property damage and determine policy responses
  • Guide members through the claims process with expert advice and assistance
  • Support claims staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:
  • Experience in the Insurance industry
  • A trade background (beneficial)
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills
  • A current drivers licence
  • The ability to travel to other QLD areas if needed
