Whilst this solution is aimed at public liability/third-party property claims, your experience in Motor, CTP, workers compensation or other liability or property claims would also set you up for success in this exciting role.You will be partnered with a mentor and provided with ongoing support in your training journey.
We will also support you in completing your Diploma in Loss Adjusting via ANZIIF.
Utilise a range of tools, including our technology solutions to gather information and documentation in respect of a claimLiaise with insurers, broker, policyholders, claimants and other stakeholders as neededMake recommendations on claimsManage and resolve the claim to agreed timeframes:Experience in interpreting legislative frameworks and an understanding of liability conceptsExcellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsHigh level of empathy and emotional intelligence, together with customer-centricityKeen eye for detail, problem solving and analysing skillsLegal Qualifications would be advantageousCaring CultureIt's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
