Job Opportunity

A Claims Specialist plays a vital role in managing complex medical and loss of income insurance claims, supporting individuals through serious illness, injury, or psychological distress.

This position requires working with vulnerable customers, applying trauma-informed communication, and demonstrating a deep understanding of psychosocial and financial impacts of illness and income disruption.
