Job Description

The B2B Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion, increasing revenue, and strengthening Cyanergy's market presence within the commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, optimizing lead generation and nurturing strategies, and leveraging digital marketing channels to expand market reach.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement targeted B2B growth initiatives to support lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth in alignment with Cyanergy's strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the C&I sales division to align growth strategies with business objectives and support lead conversion.
  • Create Email Automation campaigns that will assist the sales team with nurturing clients through the sales journey.
  • Optimise lead nurturing processes through CRM management, marketing automation, and personalized outreach.
  • Conduct market research to gather trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the CMO.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team to support the development of campaigns tailored to the B2B audience.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels to expand market reach, including LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth, sales, or marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM management (Zoho or similar CRM experience preferred).
  • Experience working with commercial businesses and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance analysis, reporting, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
