As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, leading a high-performing team, and implementing productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and inventory management
  • Leadership of a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
  • Implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Development and maintenance of robust processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive business improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-SKU FMCG warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or frontline management role
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Experience with warehouse technology systems, including RF and automation
  • High security focus and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
