Civil Engineering Development Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering student to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, apply your university learning in the real world, and receive support towards your tuition fees.

About the Position

This role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to real development and subdivision projects from day one. You will work collaboratively with experienced professionals, develop technical skills, and gain valuable exposure to the workings of local government.

Key Responsibilities
  • To be successful in this position, you must:
  • Be enrolled in and currently studying a Bachelor degree qualification in Civil Engineering or other relevant equivalent tertiary qualification;
  • Have completed at least two years of full-time study, or equivalent, in the above mentioned degree and have satisfactory academic achievement in current undergraduate studies;
  • Be able to demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise work within an environment of competing demands;
  • Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); and
  • Hold a valid Class C unrestricted drivers license.
