Job Opportunity: Personal Care Support Specialist
We are seeking highly skilled individuals to provide personal care services to clients in their place of residence. Our team provides essential support and assistance under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, including a Certificate 3 in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support, current First Aid Certificate Level 2, and a valid driver's license. They will also demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and aligning with our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of personal care tasks based on assessed needs as determined by the client's care plan.
- Foster independence and coping mechanisms among recipients.
- Administer medications within scope of practice.
- Apply medical aids as required.
- Document completed tasks and record in the client's file after each visit.
- Provide feedback to the Registered Nurse regarding any changes observed in the client's mental or physical health, or environment.
- Seek clarification from the Registered Nurse as necessary.
- Consult with the Registered Nurse when unsure of requirements.
