Maintenance Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating and planning Preventative Maintenance activities. The Coordinator will assist customers through the Service Support Operations Centre, facilitating PM service across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea.
Main Responsibilities- Scheduling and dispatching preventative maintenance tasks.
- Extracting and manipulating detailed PM data to schedule maintenance efficiently.
- Referencing operating systems to accurately identify customer information.
- Managing field engineer PM appointment calendars and communicating with customers.
- Rescheduling appointments as needed and updating stakeholders.
- Acting with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Being adaptable to change and flexible in a continually evolving environment.
- Demonstrating a 'continuous improvement' mindset and contributing to process improvement.
- Prioritizing work to meet critical deadlines.
- Developing solid product knowledge.
- Working as part of a team and adopting a flexible approach to increase service quality.
- Extensive coordination experience in a dispersed operational environment.
- Proficiency in using multiple operating platforms and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Able to work in a cross-functional matrix team environment nationally and internationally.
