Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor / CARPS Controller to join our Environmental Services Department at Gosford Hospital.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor / CARPS Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Environmental Services during your designated shift. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all assigned tasks are performed according to organisational priorities and established practices and procedures.
  • Receiving work requests from ward and departmental staff, assigning tasks and projects to Environmental Services staff using the CARPS Task Allocation Management System.
  • Conducting cleaning audits and training, mentoring, and supervising staff.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience within Environmental Services.
  • A demonstrated ability to supervise a team, including the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • A knowledge of current industry standards relating to Environmental Services.
  • A current NSW Drivers' Licence.
