Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Risk & Compliance Manager to drive our risk and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks
  • Review and enhance existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes
  • Act as the central point of contact for all incident and breach management matters
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight across business units and functions
  • Develop strategic reports for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure obligations are effectively integrated into our operations
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a risk, compliance, or governance role within a complex environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards, and risk methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory environments is beneficial
