Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps professional to support our real-time data streaming needs. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Apache Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ.

The role involves working with senior engineers to ensure our Kafka infrastructure is robust and efficient. This includes assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Kafka clusters.

Additionally, the DevOps professional will monitor Kafka performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and support the development and maintenance of Kafka-based data pipelines.

They will also work with development teams to integrate Kafka into applications, maintain documentation for Kafka configurations and procedures, and participate in debugging and resolving Kafka-related problems.

Lastly, the successful candidate will stay informed about Kafka updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Redis, Rabbitmq, Apache Kafka and its components (brokers, topics, producers, consumers).
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and real-time data processing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting languages.
  • Understanding of network protocols and data serialization formats (e.g., Avro, JSON).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data streaming and messaging systems.
  • Proficient in both English speaking for effective international cross communication.
