Job Summary

We are seeking a Cleaning Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our stores.

You will be responsible for completing allocated tasks, collecting trolleys, and supporting waste processing routines. With full training on various equipment and access to tools that make your job easier and safer, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete allocated tasks such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.
Requirements
  • Ambitious mindset and love of retail.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, with physically demanding tasks requiring the ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • Good eye for cleanliness and small details.
