Q One Property Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented subcontractor to join our team for cleaning services at the Display Homes located in the Central Coast area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and are looking to contribute to our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties at various properties including houses, an office, and a granny flat.
- Ensure all areas including porches, balconies, and alfresco areas are cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Optional window cleaning services as requested.
- Comply with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of business information.

**Requirements**:

- Must provide own cleaning equipment and products.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Adherence to the company's confidentiality agreement.

Compensation:
Competitive per visit rates, with additional payment for optional services.
