Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Sales professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing business and contribute to the success of our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the store. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their queries, processing orders, invoices and payments, and maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be proficient in using computer software applications, particularly those related to inventory management and customer relationship management.

Additionally, you will require a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as the ability to negotiate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
