About the Trade Counter Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Trade Counter team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople, helping them access the products they need for their building and renovation projects.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing product information and quotations to customers
  • Undertaking stock control and pick packing activities
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
  • A clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends
  • A strong desire to develop their career within the industry
