The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our Counter Sales team. Whether you're already experienced or looking to build your skills in a hands-on, customer-focused environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with ongoing support and training.
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter sales and technical product advice
- Manufacturing hose and fitting assemblies to customer specifications
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately
- Supporting hydraulic system component repairs
- Helping manage inventory and stock
- Building strong, lasting relationships with our customers
- Following WH&S procedures and upholding company safety standards
- Maintaining quality assurance processes and upholding ethical standards
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience in industrial/hydraulic hose assembly is a plus, but not essential – we provide full in-house training
- Trade qualifications and/or fluid power experience are highly regarded
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work overtime when required
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, customer-first approach
- A team player mindset, with the confidence to also work independently
