**Concrete Batcher Role**

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Batcher to join our team. As part of our welcoming and supportive environment, you will be responsible for accurately combining and dispensing pre mix materials to be delivered to site by our drivers.

You will have the opportunity to utilize your existing skills while receiving thorough training and learning new ones as part of our commitment to ongoing development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Materials handling and ordering
  • Basic plant maintenance
  • Operation of plant including a Front End Loader
  • Operation of the computerized batching plants
  • Maintaining housekeeping/cleaning standards
  • Administration tasks as required

**Requirements**

  • A committed and compliant attitude towards Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
  • An ability to work in a busy and demanding work environment
  • Competency in operating a front end loader is preferred but not essential
  • A self driven individual with a high work ethic and good teamwork skills
  • A positive and motivated attitude
  • Experience in concrete is preferred but not essential
  • This role may involve some night work
