Key Responsibilities

This role is based on-site in Melbourne and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. You will oversee inventory-related activities, identify trends, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with the wider team on continuous improvement (CI) activities.

Inventory Management Tasks
  • Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and work with warehouse teams to manage daily inventory tasks.
  • Address inventory issues, identify root causes, and take corrective actions to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Analyse inventory trends to improve forecasting and optimize the supply chain.
System Utilization and Reporting

Utilize inventory software (ERP, WMS) to track stock and prepare regular reports for key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement Activities

Engage actively in CI activities to support cost-saving measures and improve overall processes.
