About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Marketing Lead to join our APJ team, responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from large and fast-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience and a proven track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define, plan, execute, and measure the content marketing strategy and assets for APJ Brand Campaigns and drive improvements in brand perception and mindshare.
  2. Develop compelling storytelling-first content, anchored in business outcomes, that captures mindshare and inspires action.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to build the APJ Brand Marketing content marketing strategy (creative direction, priority themes, messaging, customer journey).
  4. Partner with global AWS Brand Strategy and Advertising teams to align/improve the impact of global programs in APJ.
  5. Work with Influencers and 3P thought leaders to create content and access channels that extend reach and mindshare.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in APJ.
  • Proven ability to inspirational yet relatable content, with a human/emotional touch that captures mindshare.
