About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Services Supervisor to join our team at The Star Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a large and diverse team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are achieved.
  • Train and develop team members to improve operational efficiency and elevate guest experiences.
  • Monitor and report maintenance requests to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Resolve guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approach.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
  • Strong leadership skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Property Management System Opera experience desirable.
  • Passion for hospitality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

About You

You will be experienced in a supervisory housekeeping role and have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements. You will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset and thrive in a team environment.
