Nursing Care Professionals Wanted

**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced Nursing Care Professionals to support our Residential Aged Care Facilities across Toowoomba & Surrounds. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide person-centered care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort measures as required
- Support care routines, safety practices, and documentation using our shift/timesheet app
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months paid experience in Aged Care (essential)
- Valid National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
