Job Opportunity:

Skilled outdoor workers are required to join our team as Pavers, Landscapers and Labourers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lay bricks, blocks and other materials to create pathways, patios and walls
  • Maintain gardens and parks by pruning, weeding and mulching
  • Operate ride-on mowers and other specialized equipment to efficiently and effectively mow large areas of grass
  • Utilize trimmers, edgers and power tools for precise cutting and shaping of hedges and shrubs
  • Manage and maintain a range of gardening tools and equipment
  • Engage in manual tasks such as hand-weeding, planting, mulching and soil preparation
  • Level ground with heavy machinery
  • Cut all materials to size
  • Mix cement
  • General site clean up
  • Labouring duties

Requirements:

  • Previous landscaping experience is essential
  • A current 'C' class licence would be advantageous but is not mandatory
  • The ability to stand and work outside in warm weather conditions is necessary
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude are required
  • Experience using gardening tools, including lawn mowers and whipper snippers
  • Able to physically perform the duties of the role
  • Current construction White Card and a valid 'C' Class Licence are highly desirable
