We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our project delivery team for a major capital development project in NSW, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planning and scheduling services across the entire scope of the project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed schedules for each package of work within the scope of the project, utilizing best practice methodology and software (Primavera P6/OPC).
  • Work with the Lead Planner/Scheduler to develop and manage the overall project master schedule consistent with the project execution strategy.
  • Report on the critical path for the project schedule and provide input into schedule ranging analyses.
  • Provide active communication with other team members and manage detail across broad project aspects and a variety of engineering disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of scheduling experience in major project development and execution in heavy industry or mining.
