We are seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team in the Adelaide area. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide support to our aged care clients with general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and social support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene.
- Clean and maintain client homes, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and social support to clients, helping them stay connected with friends and family.
- Award rate of $40.93 per hour, plus superannuation and paid kilometres.
- Casual roles with opportunities for permanent part-time positions.
- Employee benefits program and salary packaging up to $18,550 tax-free each year.
- Accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3).
- Paid CPR and First Aid courses.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Cert 3 qualification in Aged Care or related field.
- Previous experience working in a care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
