Seeking a dynamic and skilled Junior Pastry Sous Chef to lead our pastry team.
This role will provide the ideal candidate with an opportunity to step up in their career, mentoring and supporting junior chefs, and working alongside renowned chefs in a state-of-the-art kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support junior chefs in the creation and delivery of high-quality desserts and pastries
- Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop new menu ideas and innovate existing ones
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry dishes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in professional kitchens, with at least 1–2 years in pastry supervision or leadership
- Formal culinary training in patisserie (Diploma in Patisserie or equivalent)
- Strong skills in both classic and modern pastry techniques
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
