Leadership Opportunity

As a Senior Operations Director, you will lead a complex portfolio of service delivery contracts across Victoria and Tasmania. This high-impact role is central to operational excellence, contractual compliance, and driving performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of contracted services ensuring operational, financial, and compliance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Manage a team of six to eight direct reports and a workforce of 200+ across multiple sites, fostering a strong culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
  • Take full ownership of enterprise agreement negotiations and maintain constructive engagement with employee representatives and unions.
  • Deliver against key KPIs including sales growth, workforce stability, service quality, and rate build accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align site operations with strategic business goals.
