About the Role

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our market share of Production Print in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize professional sales and account management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business and existing customer base.
  • Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects.
  • Work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities to increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of nominated accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day activity of complex clients, including order processing, customer meetings, and quarterly business review meetings.
  • Develop and maintain CRM records.
  • Articulate solutions for tender responses.
  • Develop action plans to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets set out for your area/portfolio.
Requirements
  • Hold valid working rights for Australia.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
