Job Title: Rural Stroke Service Specialist

About the Role:
- Monitor patient recovery and support rehabilitation efforts to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Manage complications and teach patients and carers about stroke prevention and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide evidence-based care and empower patients and families through education and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets or exceeds clinical standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in rural healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
