This is a Temporary Part Time opportunity to join our multidisciplinary stroke team as a Registered Nurse. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician who will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Monitor patient recovery and support rehabilitation
- Manage complications and teach patients about stroke prevention and recovery
This role involves empowering patients and families through education and personalised care. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure smooth transitions back home.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to provide patient-centered, evidence-informed care and have effective time management and clinical prioritisation skills. You should also be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
The successful candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and relevant experience in a similar role. We offer a range of benefits including access to The Welcome Experience, paid parental leave, salary packaging options and more.
