Training and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Development Manager.

The role involves leading the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff at various sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of staff at different sites.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with Area Managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and the public.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in training and development management.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
