This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about making a positive impact in the aged care sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will support induction processes for new brokering partners and ensure brokerage service agreements are relevant, current, and compliant.
  • They will receive, track, and respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining an effective records management system and brokerage register is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Additionally, the individual will need to stay up-to-date with knowledge of program funding guidelines, requirements, and processes.
  • Assisting with invoice acquittals for brokered services is another crucial responsibility.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the collection and analysis of client or customer information.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within a high-volume work environment is also necessary.
  • A strong ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships is critical.
  • Commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of the people we support is also required.
