Business Banking Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Business Banker to join our high-performing Small Business Banking team. This role will involve cultivating strong connections with local businesses and customers, providing tailored financial solutions, and supporting retention of client relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, sound financial analysis skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills. They will also be a brand ambassador within the local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition.

The responsibilities of this role include facilitating great customer conversations, proactively engaging customers to support their business goals, and attending key stakeholder meetings to build referral partnerships and address service pain points.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willing to obtain this within 6 months
