Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bonds Outlet Docklands. This is a part-time position at 29.25 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create memorable and empowering customer connections by leading by example.
- Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
- Execute visual merchandising in-store with previous experience.
- Manage high stock volumes, including processing deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks.
