About Our Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting strategic sourcing functions across a diverse portfolio of categories.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategic sourcing, category management, and supply management strategies that deliver best value outcomes for our clients.

  • Establish and execute category plans, strategies, and frameworks to meet client needs and expectations
  • Present sourcing project outcomes and key recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop optimal sourcing strategies achieving consistent, quality outcomes across our diverse client base
  • Conduct negotiations on critical, complex supply arrangements and manage contract negotiations
  • Manage key contracts and their administration while ensuring optimal vendor delivery
  • Identify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities to deliver strategic procurement decisions
  • Provide advice to key stakeholders and clients on all aspects of procurement category strategy
  • Report on procurement activity in terms of progress, results, client satisfaction, value, and cost
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
  • Three to five years' experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation
  • Work experience with exposure to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) principles and/or experience will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership analysis
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Sound proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
