We're innovating the hire industry, and we need a Sales Manager who can drive daily sales with innovative sales strategies.

As a Sales Manager at HSS Hire, you'll lead the sales team by setting a strong example, implementing effective sales campaigns, and consistently exceeding targets.

Your role will involve supporting both new and existing customers, providing expert advice on our construction products, and inspiring ongoing customer loyalty.

To succeed as a Sales Manager, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in construction products or equipment, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • A proactive attitude, representing HSS Hire on-site and remaining focused on achieving store targets.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, staying up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • A sales-driven mindset, always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Sales Manager role involves:

  • Leading the branch sales team by setting a strong example and implementing effective sales campaigns.
  • Fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, ensuring smooth cooperation among colleagues.
  • Regularly assessing team performance and identifying areas for development.
  • Staying attuned to current trends and customer preferences, ensuring products are marketed in a way that resonates with customers.
  • Aiming to not only meet but surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Providing outstanding support to both new and returning customers, ensuring a high level of service at every interaction.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
