Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial advisory services to project teams, including contract entitlement, claims, disputes, and contract risk management.
- Work closely with downstream procurement and subcontract teams to drive efficiency in contracting arrangements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and provide financial acumen to support commercial decision-making.
- Review and advise on contract terms and conditions, and propose drafting as required.
- Lead reviews of proposed new contracts or significant changes to contracts or commercial arrangements.
- Hold a degree in Legal, Business, Accounting, or Commerce.
- 5+ years' experience in contract and commercial management roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of contract and construction law, and project commercial administration systems.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts and projects.
- Proven track record in delivering commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
