Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team at our Elizabeth Street store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators, such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, shrinkage, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Assist the Store Manager in completing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and company events, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize our Art of Sales Process to maintain high service standards and drive sales growth.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including our Non-negotiable Standards and Staff Presentation Policy.
  • Maintain accurate completion of company paperwork, handle cash register variances, and ensure stock transfers are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure store equipment, fixtures, and fittings meet company standards, maintaining a high level of store appearance.
  • Maintain company merchandising standards, monitor stock levels, and rotate front racks daily.
  • Promote and represent our brands positively across Australia, contributing to company growth and opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a women's retail environment.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and drive sales growth.
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
