Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team at our Elizabeth Street store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, as set by the store manager.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Presentation
    • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock levels.
    • Ensure that all store equipment, fixtures, and fittings meet company standards.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
    • Attend store meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
  • Adherence to Company Policies
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including non-negotiable standards and staff presentation policy.
    • Maintain accurate completion of company paperwork and handle cash register variances and stock transfers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a women's retail environment.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve sales targets.
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
