Senior Engineering Project Lead

The role of Senior Engineering Project Lead involves overseeing the civil design and documentation on a variety of urban, land and subdivision projects in both public and private sectors. This includes managing project portfolios across an extensive regional client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and lead engineering teams to deliver large-scale urban development projects
- Prepare and manage technical reports and specifications for feasibility studies, designs, and constructions
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients and support complex projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects
- Develop and review proposals, variation estimates, and submission documents
- Contribute to the growth and development of knowledge and skills in civil engineering including planning, design, and construction
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and contribute to business development and client relationship management
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field along with significant experience in civil engineering design and delivery of urban development projects.
Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, as is a thorough understanding of current civil engineering technologies and methodologies.
