What's on offer?We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Senior Project Engineer - Civil to join our newly awarded 10 year program of works for the City of Gold Coast.

We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.In this role you'll be responsible for: Lead the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects under a program of works: major treatment plant infrastructure upgrades, pump stations and pipelines, upgrades Provide leadership support and development to the team through feedback, celebrating successes, and supporting individual development/capability Effective and professional management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycle Effective use of project production controls to reliably forecast accurate completion metrics that inform timely internal and external project reporting Provide leadership, direction and guidance to project staff in resolving complex issues Consistently producing and driving high-quality outcomes across safety, quality and cost, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations.
How you'll connect to the role: Relevant Tertiary Civil Engineering Qualifications7+ years' experience in Civil Engineering role Experience on construction projects in water infrastructure, Pipelines and Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants (preferred)Knowledge of project construction management, financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions Strong computer literacy and demonstrated competence in a variety of computer software packages Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
