Lead Dairy Team

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the dairy department. Your primary focus will be to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.

  • Avoid unnecessary work expenses by controlling costs and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Encourage and empower your team members to take ownership of their work, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities

The following are key responsibilities of this role:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees to achieve sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
  • Driving a one team culture which puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
  • Delighting customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
