Pool Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Pool Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our swimming pools.

Job Description:

  • Supervise pool operations and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Monitor pool water quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pool operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
