Security Operations Manager Job Summary

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple sites across QLD, WA, NSW and VIC. This includes ensuring adherence to Standard Operation Procedures, Human Resources and Health and Safety requirements.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned contract manager who has excellent leadership skills and can demonstrate sound operational advice. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare operational documents, SOP's and is committed to continuous improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

">

The Security Operations Manager will assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract including:

">

- Day to Day Management: Oversight of operations and staffing requirements
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve complex operational, planning and workforce issues as they arise
- Reporting and Correspondence: Provide reports and correspondence including daily data, performance reports and analysis
- Customer and Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain effective customer and stakeholder relationships
- Supervision: Provide supervision to contract Supervisors
- Governance Framework: Implementation of the governance framework
- Compliance Requirements: Management of compliance requirements
- Financial Performance: Accountability for contract financial performance
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and business efficiency

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

- 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry and proven experience in multi-site contacts, security or other related field
- Prior security related-project management experience in a multi-location environment with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
- Demonstrable managerial and leadership skills with a proactive approach to the management of operational activities
- Experience within a client services environment with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Queensland security license - Static Guard/Crowd Control
- Certificate III - Security operations
- Provide Advanced First Aid - HLTAID014
- Covid 19 vaccination
