Contract Administration Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team in Bundaberg.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale coastal lifestyle village, supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure smooth project delivery from procurement to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers and trades.
  • Assistance with managing head contracts, including extensions of time, pricing, and submitting variations.
  • Support with budgets, cost forecasts, and tracking project financials.
  • Preparation and sending of quote requests and subcontractor agreements.
  • Liaison with clients and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
  • Support of the Project Manager with contract administration and general project coordination.
  • Assistance with program and progress reporting as required.
About You

Successful applicants will possess:

  • Proven experience in contract administration and/or estimating within volume residential or multi-dwelling projects.
  • A strong understanding of head contracts and subcontractor agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with trades and suppliers.
  • Proficiency with project financials, budgets, and cost tracking.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks on a busy site.

Applicants must be local to Bundaberg and available to work on-site full-time.
