Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Airport West.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Certificate III, with a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. They will be able to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that cater to the needs of children from 6 weeks to five years old.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality early childhood education and care for children in the Toddler and Nursery age groups
  • Collaborate with the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to implement engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Utilise the Story Park platform to communicate with families about each child's development
  • Participate in regular incursions, excursions and community activities as part of the program

About You:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or a Certificate III
  • Must be available to work full-time (Mon–Fri)
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
