Administration Support Role

This role provides exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients and their families.

You will be working closely with Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health staff to deliver daily administration services in the ward and Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage phone calls and admissions/discharge processes efficiently
  • Ensure effective bed management through timely communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospital setting is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using EDIS and Meditech systems would be advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work within designated timeframes
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to uphold and promote our organizational values
