Key Role in Supply Chain Management
The Demand and Supply Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of supply and demand within the organization.
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for leading demand forecasting, collaborating with global and regional teams for supply planning, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead demand forecasting and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Work collaboratively with global and regional teams for supply planning
- Provide reporting and insights in S&OP meetings
- Monitor and track inventory, stock on hand, and lead time
- Complete reporting on inventory for finance and regional supply chain requirements
- Ensure new product launch timings are met with required stock holding
- Report into the Supply Chain Manager and participate in driving transformation and change
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field
- Previous experience in Supply and Demand planning role
- Experience in Healthcare or FMCG Industries preferred
- Experience working with commercial teams and leading Supply and Demand forecasting
- Experience working on product development projects
- Customer focus and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Supply Chain and cross-functional teams
