The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning and Completions Engineer to join our team at Upper South Creek. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that commissioning and completions activities are carried out in accordance with all relevant contract, schedule, quality, health, safety, environment, and security (HSES) policy, site regulations, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E installation, testing, and commissioning, with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. They will also possess excellent leadership and technical skills, with the ability to provide technical direction to project staff, design consultants, subcontractors, and blue-collar workers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project schedules.
  2. Lead the commissioning team to ensure that testing and commissioning activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with the completions team to identify and mitigate risks associated with handover works.
  4. Provide technical direction and guidance to project staff, design consultants, subcontractors, and blue-collar workers to ensure that testing and commissioning activities are carried out to the required standards.
  5. Develop and review commissioning and handover documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Building Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in M&E installation, testing, and commissioning, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership and technical skills, with the ability to provide technical direction to project staff, design consultants, subcontractors, and blue-collar workers.
