Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker Variation

This position plays a vital role in strengthening family relationships and ensuring the safety, well-being, and welfare of children.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, family members, children, or young people in a sensitive and respectful manner.
- Work closely with other agencies to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for assessing risk and creating safety plans.
- Manage high-risk cases and situations involving vulnerable individuals and their families.
- Participate in court processes and prepare necessary documents.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
- A relevant diploma or degree qualification.
- At least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- A paid working with children clearance number.
- Documented verification of Aboriginality.
