About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our national security operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, state managers, and client relationship managers to enhance service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across national operations
  • Manage contract mobilisation, transitions, and performance
  • Deliver expert risk management, incident response, and audit oversight
  • Partner with the business development team on tenders and new opportunities
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all security teams nationally
